By accessing or using Lambdio ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and contributors.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Description of Service

Lambdio is an educational platform that provides:

• Interactive learning courses in various subjects (economics, psychology, physics, etc.)
• Personalized learning paths and progress tracking
• AI-powered tutoring and learning assistance
• Achievement badges and certificate generation
• Learning statistics and progress visualization

The Platform is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

3. User Accounts

Limited Use Disclosure: The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to theGoogle API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or the Platform's systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Platform without permission.
• Share your account credentials with others or allow others to use your account.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conduct rules.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by ourPrivacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using the Platform, you consent to our collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Payments and Refunds

Merchant of Record: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Dodo Payments. Dodo Payments is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. All payments are securely processed by Dodo Payments. Charges on your statement may appear as "Dodopay Lambdio".

Subscriptions: If you subscribe to a recurring plan, you will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. Subscriptions are available on the website (processed by Dodo Payments), on iOS (processed by Apple), and on Android (processed by Google). You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation prevents future charges but does not refund the current billing period.

How to find out which subscription type you have: In the app, go to Account → Subscription section. The subscription card shows where your plan was purchased — it will say "via Website", "via App Store", or "via Google Play".

How to cancel:

• Website (Dodo Payments): Open Lambdio in a browser → Account → Manage Billing (button within Subscription section) → follow the link to the customer portal → Cancel Subscription.
• iOS (App Store): On your iPhone/iPad, open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → find "Lambdio" → Cancel Subscription. Alternatively, open the App Store → tap your profile photo → Subscriptions → Lambdio → Cancel Subscription.
• Android (Google Play): On your Android device, open the Google Play Store app → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → find "Lambdio" → Cancel subscription.

Refund Policy: Lambdio offers a 14-day money-back guarantee for all paid subscription plans, subject to usage limits (including a maximum of 25 started learning sessions). For detailed information, please refer to ourRefund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined in the Refund Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lambdio and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Platform.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
• Statements or conduct of any third party on the Platform.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
• The results obtained from using the Platform will be accurate or reliable.
• The quality of any products, services, information, or other material obtained through the Platform will meet your expectations.
• Any errors in the Platform will be corrected.
• The Platform utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) to provide interactive explanations and tutoring based on our curated educational content. While our course materials are verified, the AI's real-time responses and conversational outputs are generated dynamically. You acknowledge that these AI-generated explanations may occasionally vary, lack context, or contain inaccuracies ("hallucinations") despite being based on verified source material.
• Furthermore, you agree not to utilize the AI tutoring features to generate content that is sexually explicit, illegal, or violates Dodo Payments' Acceptable Use Policy. We accept no liability for AI output generated in response to non-educational or prohibited user prompts.

We make no warranties regarding the educational outcomes or results you may achieve through using the Platform.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of competent courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.

11.3 Consumer Protection

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or other jurisdictions with mandatory consumer protection laws, the choice of governing law above does not deprive you of the protection afforded to you by provisions that cannot be derogated from by agreement by virtue of the law of your country of residence.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
